✅ Qualified Return Conditions
Merchandise with intact appearance, complete accessories, unused state and valid purchase records can normally apply for return services. The application process is simple and the processing cycle is standardized, which can effectively solve customers' post-purchase problems.
❌ Unacceptable Return Situations
Commodities with artificial damage, missing accessories, long-term use traces or invalid purchase proof will not be accepted for return. Special goods with non-returnable attributes will also be excluded from the return service scope.
